Katt Claws

I’ve been disgusting obsessed lately with jelly polishes and sandwiching polishes, like glitter with jelly.

This Revlon - Whimsical polish has been around for a while, but it’s always sold out when I go out to grab some. Finally found some in my local supermarket and snatched up a couple bottles….because I honestly love it THAT much. Haha

Think I’m going to use this for a simple manicure. Can’t wait!

SPLURGED TODAY! Couldn’t help it.

Milani has been stepping it up so much from where they used to be 3 years ago, just a cheap drug store nail polish. Now their name is getting out there and even I’m dying to get my hands on some! Btw, don’t even bother with their holo polishes. Not worth it. I tried EVERY single color and it was like cheap glitter. Boo that shit.

I DID buy fast drying white, @mandiesmanicures said it was some amazing stuff…so I’m going to trust her and try it for a tape mani or something.

I also bought this AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gold sparkle polish. ALL of their glitter polishes are PACKED with glitter and they don’t lie when they say “one coat formula” they mean it!

Can’t wait to play around with them!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Thank you so much to @nastassiasnails!!!!

I got my package today and I swear it was like Christmas morning :D

I’m the coolest chick in Georgia with polishes from Cali! Haha SO HAPPY

Thank you again!!!

My first nail video! Mainly for @fuckyeahnastassia :)

Spray Paintish Nails

Enjoy!

Nail Marbling Tutorial!

1. Get your tools.

 • Any cup, preferably one you can toss out
 • Scotch tape or vaseline
 • 3 or 4 polishes of your choice
 • Room temperature water, filtered or spring water

2. Get your polishes ready. Unscrew all the tops and set aside, close to your cup :)

3. Paint all your nails white, it doesn’t have to be completely opaque but it’ll help bring out your colors much more.

4. Put tape around your nails. To the left and right of your nail bed, and above the nail bed on the eponychium or “cuticle” area

5. With the unscrewed polish bottles, take one at a time and let one drop of polish fall into the water. When it hits the water it should create a circle/oval. Do this with each polish repeatedly until you get a nice looking dart. Move a little bit quickly so the polish doesn’t dry

6. Take a toothpick or needle and pull from the outside towards the center. My suggestion is to not start from the outermost circle, but two or three rings in. See the bottom row picture for a better detailed description :) If you pull towards the center and the entire circle folds, your polish probably dried or you pulled from too close to the outside.

7. Find a spot for your nail and dip your finger (already taped) into the water.

8. Leave your finger in the water for a minute. Gently blow on the surface of the water to dry the polish on top. After a few seconds, take another toothpick and clean up the polish on top. It should easily stick to the toothpick :)

9. Once you’ve gotten all the polish cleaned up, gently pull your finger out of the water. Tap your finger on your work surface to try and remove some of the water droplets on your nail.

10. See video for tape removal :D SO EASY!

11. Clean around the cuticle, and voila!

is when I take something that someone TRUELY loves (kittens, dinosaurs, hearts, LONGBOARDS) and make it something really special on their nails.

Nail art isn’t just about girly colors and sparkles and crap… it’s literally art to me.

I could make anybody happy, as long as I know what makes them happy.

cryatmoonlight Asked:
Hey! I really love your nails/blog! I always try to remake them, but i am not that good :p plus my nails are really weak and always break and stuff, even if I use a base coat, ant tips? Loves <3

My answer:

Thank you so much! :) All my designs are pretty simple, just keep practicing. I noticed that if I’m really patient and I generally always try a second time, it usually gets better and better. As for your breaking nails, that can sometimes just plain out be from genetics. If you haven’t tried it yet, try using a nail strengthener. OPI has a great one, as does Essie. But I prefer the OPI one :) Don’t use it too much, follow the instructions so you don’t make your nails too brittle. You can also put cuticle oil around your nail and massage the skin to keep the blood flow going before you go to sleep. It’s great, trust me :) Good luck sweets!!

Thanks to Monstruoleya for this pretty pastel mani!
This is my Easter Pastel Gradient mani! :) All Essie colors, with Seche Vite top coat, of course. Start off with Essie - Mod Squad on 1/3 of the nail, then Essie - Splash of Grenadine on another 1/3, and then Essie - Turquoise & Caicos on the top 1/3.
My DELISH burger is from SmashBurger in Atlanta, Ga. The Classic with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese…on a spicy chipotle bun ;) I also had a side of their AMAZING fries (fries in rosemary, olive oil and garlic) 8 out 10 for sure! Kind of salty.”
